Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Locations (Domestic & International)
We offer delivery to:

  • All over Pakistan

  • Internationally to selected countries (please contact us to confirm availability before placing an order)

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days

  • Outside Pakistan: 7–14 business days (may vary based on destination and customs clearance)

3. Delivery Charges

  • Within Pakistan: PKR 200 – 350 (free shipping on orders above PKR 3000)

  • International Orders: Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or quoted via email, depending on location and order size

4. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. International parcels may be tracked through both our courier and your country’s postal system.

6. Delays
International delivery may be delayed due to customs processing or local courier issues. We will support you in tracking and resolving such delays where possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, whether you’re in Pakistan or abroad. Please read the following carefully.

1. Who Can Request a Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged item

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Items are in original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags attached

2. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or washing

  • International returns requested after 7 days of delivery

3. International Returns

  • Customers outside Pakistan must email us at halimmastore@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the parcel

  • You’ll need to send clear photos of the issue

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our side

  • We do not refund customs duties or taxes incurred

4. Refunds and Store Credit

  • Eligible returns may be refunded via store credit, exchange, or in rare cases, original payment method

  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected (5–10 business days)
